Our Terms & Conditions are strictly followed and applied. We encourage you to read and agree with them carefully before booking a trip with us.

Registered members will be provided with an undertaking form at the start of the trip having the details of the trip along with the mentioned terms & conditions. All members will be required to physically sign that form.

The members shall not be indulged in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.

>Using drugs or found party to drug sale or possession is strictly prohibited. If anyone finds or caught using any kind of drug will be expelled from the trip right away on the spot and the person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.

>The host reserves the right to cancel trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.

>During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the hosts. In such situation, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.

>A/C might not be operational in hilly areas.

>Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents or Natural Death during the tour and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.

>In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the duration of the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.

>On adventure tours, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader and Guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.

>The Organizers reserves the right to use event photos for electronic/digital media.

>Read the Services Included and not included portion carefully.

>3/4 Hours +/- can be experienced during traveling due to any reason

>Extra mattress means Mattress on the Floor.

>We will start the booking process for hotel/trains etc. only when we receive the advance payment.

>In case of any change/cancellation of air Tickets, the charges will be on customer

1. Cancellation Policy: For Group Tours
If you or any member of your team need to cancel your tour (due to any reason), after receiving the booking confirmation from team Silk Voyage, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing via email/whatsapp. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received during the office hours in writing. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling.
Duration before departure within which written notification of cancellation is received by us and cancellation charge per person cancelling.

· 14 days or less– 100% cancellation charge will apply.

· 30 Days or less-30% cancellation charges will apply.

· 31 Days or more-No cancellation charges will apply

· No amount will be refunded if any persons leave the trip at any stage due to any reason

In case of cancellation, refund will be subject to 2.5% processing fee by the bank.

· Cancellation because of Passport, Visa & Health related issues:
Standard cancellation/change/Refund policies applies because of any reason.

· Cancellation with in last 15 days:
Full tour amount will be subject to charge

Cancellation for less than 30 days:
30% will be deducted as per the total amount of tour

· Cancellation because of Passport, Visa & Health related issues:
Standard cancellation/change/Refund policies applies because of any reason

2. Advance Deposit:
At least 50% of the tour amount to be deposited for confirmation of booking. Balance payment to be clear 30 days before the start of tour.

3. Booking Condition:
Once we receive the advance payment, only then we will send you booking confirmation. In case of non-availability of seats your amount will be refunded on the same day.

4. Changes in tour Date:
In case you want to make changes in the tour date or want to join some other tour by cancelling the current tour, we won’t charge you any additional fee if you inform us 30 days before the start of currently booked tour after that you will have to pay the cancellation charges as per the policy.

5. Change in tour Itinerary:
Tour itinerary can be changed anytime due to unforeseen reasons, during the tour; Customer will be notified with the charges (if any) associated with the change and options available for the change.

6. Add-on Services:
You can ask for any additional services before or during the tour e.g Air Tickets, train tickets, Hotel booking, Airport pick/drop, Train Tickets, Private room, pick up from any other city.

Once you pay the charges associated with add on services, our team will send you the confirmation.

7. Mode of Payment:
Customer will have the option to pay through multiple payment channels, which are

· Credit Card (Visa/Master/American Express)

· PayPal

· Google Pay/Apple Pay

· Wise/Remitly/Western Union

· Cash

· Bank Transfer

8. Refund time frame:
In case of refund, company will make refund within 10 working days. Any charges associated with the refund amount will be charged from the refund amount.

Private Tours: (Couple/Tailor-made)

1. Cancellation Policy:
If you or any member of your team need to cancel your tour (due to any reason), after receiving the booking confirmation from team Silk Voyage, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing via email. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received during the office hours in writing. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling.

· 61 Days or more (10% cancellation charges will apply from the deposited amount)

· 60-51 days before departure - 30% of total cost of tour

· 50-31 days before departure - 50% of total cost of tour

· Less than 30 days - 100% of total tour cost

· Cancellation because of Passport, Visa & Health related issues:
Standard cancellation/change/Refund policies applies because of any reason.

2. Advance Deposit:
At least 50% of the tour amount to be deposited for confirmation of booking. Balance payment to be clear 30 Days before the departure of tour.

3. Booking Condition:
Once we receive the advance payment, only then we will start processing Hotel bookings, Transport etc. In case of any changes in the itinerary or services, we will notify the client with in 2 weeks after receiving the advance payment from client.

4. Changes in tour Date:
Changes in tour date can be made possible 30 days before the start of tour. In case any charges associated with the change, customer will be notified in advance. And afterwards in case of cancellation, change charges will not be subject to refund.
In case of change in tour date, the new tour date should be within a period of 24 month. And charges associated with the change shall be paid at the time of change date request.

5. Change in tour Itinerary:
Tour itinerary can be changed anytime even during the tour; Customer will be notified with the charges associated with the change and options available for the change.

6. Change in Services:
Changes in the services can only be made free of cost before making the advance deposit/signing of contract. Customer should check the Hotel reviews, Vehicle type, and all the other services that are included in plan at the time you receive the tour plan. Afterwards any changes will be subject to charges.

7. Mode of Payment:
Customer will have the option to pay through multiple payment channels, which are

· Credit Card (Visa/Master/American Express)

· PayPal

· Google Pay/Apple Pay

· Wise/Remitly/Western Union

· Cash

· Bank Transfer

8. Passport, Visa’s & Health:

It is sole responsibility of customer to ensure that he/she is in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by the customer himself. We regret we cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry all required or fake documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty and loss of complete payment of the tour.

Visa Submission:
Customer will directly submit the visa himself; our team will only be assisting in preparation of Invitation letter and other required documents that you will have to upload online during the visa process.
Our team can also apply visa on your behalf after getting the required information, additional charges may apply.

Fee & Fines:
Fee for Visa’s, PCR/rapid tests, Renewal of Passport or any such charges or fines will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. Refund Policy:
In case of refund, company will make refund within 15 working days. Any charges associated with the refund amount will be charged from the refund amount.

10. Refund procedure:

In case of card payments, it will simply be refunded back into the card. In case of any other process, we will do the bank transfer.

11. Adjustment/transferable in next tour:

In case of tour cancellation/postpone or change in date, we can move your advance payment to any new booking on any date. You can transfer your advance deposit to any other booking in case of cancellation of your tour.

If you want to reschedule the tour 30 days prior to departure of current booked tour, then customer may not have to face cancellation charges.

12. Invitation Letters:

· For few countries you might have to apply for Visa, depending on your passport of origin.

· In this case you need to share copy of your passport and we will arrange a letter of invitation beforehand so that you can easily apply for Visa at Embassy/Online.

· In case of sharing any fake/fraudulent documents or any misleading purpose of visit, will lead to cancelation of LOI and will share information with all the relevant authorities and no amount will be refunded.
