Group Tours:

1. Cancellation Policy:
If you or any member of your team need to cancel your tour (due to any reason), after receiving the booking confirmation from team Silk Voyage, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing via email/whatsapp. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received during the office hours in writing. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling.
Duration before departure within which written notification of cancellation is received by us and cancellation charge per person cancelling.

· 14 days or less– 100% cancellation charge will apply.

· 30 Days or less-30% cancellation charges will apply.

· 31 Days or more-No cancellation charges will apply

· No amount will be refunded if any persons leave the trip at any stage due to any reason

In case of cancellation, refund will be subject to 2.5% processing fee by the bank.

· Cancellation because of Passport, Visa & Health related issues:
Standard cancellation/change/Refund policies applies because of any reason.

· Cancellation with in last 15 days:
Full tour amount will be subject to charge

· Cancellation for less than 30 days:
30% will be deducted as per the total amount of tour.

2. Advance Deposit:
At least 50% of the tour amount to be deposited for confirmation of booking. Balance payment to be clear 30 days before the start of tour.

3. Refund time frame:
In case of refund, company will make refund within 10 working days. Any charges associated with the refund amount will be charged from the refund amount.

Private Tours: (Couple/Tailor-made)

1. Cancellation Policy:

As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling.
Duration before departure within which written notification of cancellation is received by us and cancellation charge per person cancelling.

· 61 Days or more (10% cancellation charges will apply from the deposited amount)

· 60-51 days before departure - 30% of total cost of tour

· 50-31 days before departure - 50% of total cost of tour

· Less than 30 days - 100% of total tour cost

· Cancellation because of Passport, Visa & Health related issues:
Standard cancellation/change/Refund policies applies because of any reason.

In case of refund, company will make refund within 15 working days. Any charges associated with the refund amount will be charged from the refund amount.

4. Refund of Card payment:

In case of card payments, it will simply be refunded back into the card, if it didn’t work because of Bank’s policy, we will transfer via bank Transfer.

5. Refund for all other methods:
We will do the bank transfer or any other method mutually agreed. Transfer fee will be incurred by the Participant.

6. Adjustment/transferable in next tour:

In case of tour cancellation/postpone or change in date, we can move your advance payment to any new booking on any date.

>You can transfer your advance deposit to any other booking in case of cancellation of your tour.

>If you want to reschedule the tour 30 days prior to departure of current booked tour, then customer may not have to face cancellation charges.
